When returning your unused merchandise please follow these simple steps: Email at customerservice@windycitysuperstore.com for RMA number. We do not handle returns by phone. Please do not call for a return authorization. Ship the merchandise back via an insured, traceable shipping method. Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. Merchandise must be in its original unopened packaging. A credit will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the merchandise. Our original cost to ship the merchandise to you is non refundable. Includes items with free shipping offers (we still pay the carrier to deliver the package to you) Items returned without a return authorization will be refused. *Mspa returns are automatically charged a $35 restocking fee by the manufacturer. Returns (The item is defective) Unfortunately, although rare and unforeseeable, an item may be defective right out of the box. Our defective return policy is as follows: Items with a manufacturer’s warranty (see warranty section to determine if your item has a warranty) Contact the manufacturer directly to start a warranty replacement claim. The manufacturers listed above will happily replace your warranted defective item with brand new item. We work closely with these manufacturers to assure a simple, smooth replacement process. Windy City Worldwide Inc is a direct Authorized Dealer for each of these manufacturers which will mean the full warranty will apply, hassle free. While we understand that sometimes a manufacturer’s warranty process is not as fast as you would like, we will not make exceptions to this policy under any circumstances. We have agreed to these terms with the manufacturers so you can enjoy the low prices we provide. *We do not accept returns of defective items with a manufacturer’s warranty. *We do not offer refunds in lieu of the manufacturer’s warranty service or replacement. *We will not ship warranty replacements from our warehouse using expedited or any other shipping services. You must get your replacement from the manufacturer. Items without a manufacturer’s warranty (see warranty section to determine if your item has a warranty). Intex DOES NOT offer a warranty on any of their inflatable items, such as air beds, toys, boats, slides, floats, etc. Even though there is not a manufacturer’s warranty for Intex inflatable items, we feel you should still be covered so we provide a thirty-day defective replacement policy to make sure you won't ever get stuck with a defective inflatable item that didn't work when you took it out of the box. If you have a defective inflatable item and it has been less than thirty-days from the date of purchase please email us within 14 days of receiving the item at customerservice@windycitysuperstore.com for instructions on how to receive a replacement. *We do not accept phone call requests for defective replacements. Please send us an email with your order information and replacement request. This will expedite the process for you. If it has been longer than thirty days you may email our customer service department for helpful hints to help you repair your item. Customer must initiate replacement process within 30 days of the original purchase date. Limit 1 replacement bed per customer No refunds for defective inflatable items - Replacement Only. Our defective coverage is limited to “right out of the box” leaks and defects. We do not cover leaks or defects that develop after the item has been setup and holds air. We will issue you a return shipping label for the product we shipped in error and we will immediately ship you the correct product. Our normal shipping cutoff times apply M-F by 2:00 CST. In general, Aerobeds have a 1–3 year manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty coverage varies by model. Please check your owner’s manual for information specific to your model. Shipping Orders typically ship within 1 business day (A business day is Monday through Friday). Paid orders received prior to 2:00 PM CST will generally ship the same business day (excludes weekends and holidays). While we strive to ship every paid order, we do not guarantee same day shipping under any circumstances. We do not ship to APO/FPO and Post Office box addresses. Delivery times or “transit times” are expressed in business days (Monday through Friday) and are not guaranteed. The day of shipment is the day the order is picked up and is not a day in transit to you. The carriers do not count this day in the estimated delivery time. Days in yellow are the following week Shipments and deliveries do not take place on Saturday, Sunday or any Holiday. If you are purchasing an item for a specific date, such as a vacation, party, guest, etc. and selecting ground shipping service, please add 2-3 days of lead time when placing your order to assure the delivery will arrive in time for your occasion. Otherwise, please select an expedited, guaranteed delivery option. We do not guarantee ground delivery times and are not responsible for delivery delays, items not arriving on the date you expected or any real or imagined loss as result of a late delivery. *Expedited shipping charges are only refundable if the carrier fails to deliver within the day specific transit time offered. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable under any other circumstance. This includes items with a manufacturing defect. Tracking We email the carrier tracking number to the email address provided with your payment. We also upload the tracking number into the marketplace you purchased from if applicable. Shipping addresses Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct and up to date. Our system is automated and your order will ship to the physical address you provide. If the address is not correct, there is a $15 address correction fee charged by the carrier. That fee will be billed to you and collected. We do not ship to APO/FPO and Post Office box addresses. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories. We do not ship to international addresses. Customers are not authorized to make in transit address changes with the carriers. If you need to make a change, please contact us to make the arrangements and pay for the address correction and rerouting fees charged by the carriers. Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@windycitysuperstore.com with your order and tracking information. We will handle the carrier claims process for you. It is reasonable to expect your delivery to arrive within 7-10 days at the latest. If you have not received your order within that time frame or if you suspect your item is lost or mis-delivered, please contact us at customerservice@windycitysuperstore.com with your order and tracking information. It is important to notify us as soon as possible so we can have the carrier attempt to locate and recover your package. If necessary, we will handle the carrier claim for you. Order cancellations We will happily cancel your order and issue a full refund prior to you order shipping. Once an order has shipped it cannot be stopped, the cancellation has become a return and the buyer is responsible for the original shipping charges, return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. Shipments refused by the customer and returned to shipper will have the shipping charges to the customer and back to us plus a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. If the item has been used, damaged, altered or is any condition other than brand new, the return will be refused and no refund will be given. |
