There is not a manufacturer warranty for Intex Water Slides but we feel you should still be covered so we provide a fourteen-day warranty to make sure you won't ever get stuck with a defective item that didn't work when you took it out of the box. If you have a defective Water Slide and it has been less than fourteen-days from the date of purchase please email us at ebaysales@windycitysuperstore.com for instructions on how to receive a replacement Water Slide. If it has been longer than fourteen days you may email our customer service department for helpful hints to help you repair your Water Slide.
Customer must initiate the replacement process within 14 days of order and ship the entire Water Slide back for inspection. Buyer pays return shipping.
Limit 1 replacement per customer. No refunds in lieu of a replacement.
Our defective coverage is for manufacturing defects that exist right out of the box only. We do not cover leaks, tears, holes, splits or other damage that occur during use. No exceptions.
